Lyn runs her business from home, based in Hedge
End which lies between Southampton and Winchester.
She has been a fully qualified masseuse for over 12 years, and is
a member of the ‘Association of Reflexologists, the ‘International Institute
of Health & Holistic Therapists’ and the International Council of Holistic
Therapists’
She has also worked extensively in residential homes,
Podiatry clinics and Health Centres. Baby massage is a new direction in which
Lyn is now practising. She can now
offer this very useful and rewarding service to
new and existing parents.
Lyn says ‘I am committed to providing a high level of
specialised and professional care to my clients, many of whom have been with
me for several years now. I attend seminars and training courses to keep my
skills up-to-date’.
Lyn has also been a fully qualified
hypnotherapist for almost 10
years, and is a member of the oldest association in this country. The ‘World
federation of Hypnotherapsists’ & the ‘British Association of Therapeutical
Hypnotists’
After running a successful massage business for several
years, Lyn wondered how she could help some of her clients with their
emotional problems. "I could bring about relieve from muscle discomfort and
help relieve stress, but wanted to take the therapy further and help with the
many psychosomatic problems I encountered".
Lyn has found her hypnotherapy practice become more and more
successful due to the many referrals from satisfied customers. Although some
people at first are quite suspicious or even anxious at the thought of being
hypnotised a short friendly phone call is usually enough to reassure them.
